1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us
When you voluntarily interact with us (e.g. via contact forms, quote requests, email signup), you may provide personal data, including but not limited to:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Postal address

  • Other identifiers as needed

We may also use the phone number you provide to communicate with you via SMS/text messaging, including through trusted third-party providers (such as SinchSMS), where permitted by law and subject to your consent when required. We do not deliberately collect “sensitive” categories of personal information (e.g. race, biometric, health) under normal operations.

Information automatically collected
When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical and usage information, such as:

  • IP address and browser / device details

  • Operating system, browser type, language settings

  • Referring URLs, pages visited, time stamps, clicks, feature usage

  • Log data, diagnostic info, and system events

  • Location data (approximate, via IP) if permissible under your device settings

This collection supports analytics, security, and performance monitoring.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal data under valid legal bases (e.g. consent, performance of contract, legitimate interest). Key uses include:

  • Responding to inquiries & providing support

  • Marketing & promotional communications, with your consent where required

  • Personalized advertising & retargeting

  • Usage analytics & service improvements

  • Operational security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations

If we rely on consent for certain uses (e.g. marketing), you can withdraw that consent later (see Section 8). In addition to email and other digital communications, we may send transactional or marketing messages to your mobile device via SMS/text using trusted third-party messaging providers such as SinchSMS. These messages may include order confirmations, project updates, reminders, or promotional content, in accordance with applicable regulations and your communication preferences.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share your data with:

  • Service providers / vendors / contractors who support us (e.g. hosting, CRM, email marketing, ad platforms).

  • Advertising & marketing partners, e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, remarketing platforms.

  • Affiliates, business partners, or during a business transition (merger, acquisition).

  • Legal obligations — to comply with laws, court orders, or protect rights.

Examples of tools we use include: Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and advertising/retargeting networks. We may share your telephone number with third-party SMS service providers, such as SinchSMS, solely for the purpose of sending you SMS/text communications as described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for commercial purposes without your explicit consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Yes. We and third parties may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect and store information. These help us:

  • Recognize your device and preferences

  • Enable essential functionality

  • Provide analytics and performance insights

  • Deliver targeted advertising

You can manage cookie settings via your browser. Disabling cookies may reduce functionality. For full details, see our Cookie Notice.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described (or as required by law). Once no longer needed, we will either:

  • Delete the data

  • Anonymize it (so it cannot be re-identified)

  • Or isolate it securely (e.g. in backups) pending safe removal

For example, customer contact data may be retained for 2 years after last interaction (unless longer retention is legally required).

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement “reasonable organizational and technical measures” (e.g. encryption, access controls, audits) to protect your data.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or attacks.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect or market to minors under 18 years old.
If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us to have it deleted.

  • Access or obtain a copy of data we hold about you

  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Delete your personal data (subject to legal exceptions)

  • Restrict or object to certain processing

Standard message and data rates may apply. Opting out of SMS/text messages will not affect your ability to receive other types of communications you’ve consented to, such as email.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Your browser or device may have a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting.
However, no uniform standard is yet established for honoring DNT signals, so we currently do not act on DNT requests. If the standard changes, we’ll update this policy.
